Patricia’s Journey to Kay Builders

Patricia Fisco worked in sales for years before getting into real estate. She has been a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania since 2001. When she initially applied to Kay Builders, she was interested in working in the Design Studio.

“I was really interested in helping people design and build their dream homes.” Fisco says, “But Kay also wanted to take advantage of my sales experience. So I ended up here!”

“As the Sales Manager, I still help my buyers design the homes they want, but I’m also able to walk them through the entire process. I will sit with my buyers for weeks helping them make decisions and build their dream home if that’s what it takes!”

A Love for Her Job… and Her Buyers

“I love what I do.” Fisco says, “My buyers definitely demand a lot of my attention. Sometimes I need to explain how the construction process works so they can stick to the schedule they want.”

While Fisco loves the creativity and passion of her buyers, she also must temper their enthusiasm with reality. For example, if you want to move a weight-bearing wall you need to figure out how to support the weight above it.

“I will always tell my buyers the truth.” Fisco says, “Because I know what’s involved in the construction process, I’m in a unique position to help them build the home of their dreams.”
