Now that we’re building The Fields at Jacobs Way, our first-ever community in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, we want to give our buyers as much flexibility and creative options as we possibly can.
This Luxury Townhome community features 42 townhomes in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. We offer 3 different floor plans for the 2-story townhomes (from 1,528 to 1,576 sq. ft.), and 2 different floor plans for the 3-story townhomes (from 1,867 to 2,100 sq. ft.), with 3 different main floor layouts—6 combinations in total! So right from the start, you can pick the layout that works best for your needs.

Our 3-story townhomes include a lower level “flex space” that can be used as a bedroom or as an office. If you plan to use it as a home office, you can add more lighting and outlets to better accommodate your needs.
On the 2-story models, you have the CUSTOM-i-ZABLE option of finishing the basement to use this space for recreation, entertainment, working out—the choice is yours! You have tons of flexibility depending upon the model you choose.
